自2013年3月1日起，思科无监考考试（即在线考试）将由Pearson VUE发送，考试预约网站与有监考考试预约网站相同。考生可使用同一网站账户预约有监考考试和无监考考试。如需了解更多信息，请参考考试预约常见问题解答。
考试预约：
考生可提前或在考试当天预约考试（根据考位空缺情况而定）。Pearson VUE提供多种考试预约方式：
认证信息
专家：思科专家级认证专门对具有经验的技术专业人士进行认证。获得专家认证，意味着你的网络安全、IP通信和无线技术等核心网络技术知识已有了显著提高。
专业合作伙伴：
思科渠道合作伙伴计划将“思科合作伙伴专业化”的技术重点与灵活的个人职业认证要求、客户满意度目标、售前/售后支持能力融合在了一起。
客户经理：
思科客户经理考试检验客户经理和销售专业人员在为客户制定个性化的思科解决方案方面的专业知识和技能。思科客户经理考试面向有兴趣获得“思科销售专家”称号或履行“思科合作伙伴专业化”项目中销售导向的工作角色的个人。
网络技术学院：
思科网络技术学院项目为学生教授在IT领域工作所需的技能。该项目提供网络化内容、在线评估、动手实验室、讲师培训和行业认证准备。

如果你初次参加Pearson VUE考试，请在注册申请考试时提供“学院在线”上的ID和用户名。你的优惠券或促销规定在提供两项信息后方可使用。

1.填写报名表：
报名时考生需提供考生姓名、E-MAIL地址、中英文联系地址及邮编、联系电话和考试号码、名称及考试语种；非首次考试的考生还应再提供考生ID。确认报名表填写无误后交回给考管员。
2.交纳考试相应费用，并领取考试发票 。
3.预约:
获得考试票的考生需在考试票有效期内预约考试，过期作废；
周一至周五工作日（9:00－16:30）可当天预约并考试，周末考试需在周五前预约；
考生电话预约时，需向考管员提供姓名、考试日期、考试代码、考试票号、手机电话；
现场预约并考试的考生只需携带考试票及有效证件（如身份证等）即可办理。
4.注册:
考生预约考试后，考管员即帮考生进行考试注册，并作好一切考试准备工作；
注册完毕则不能取消，如果考生在预约时间内没有参加考试，则视为缺考并无法退还考试费用。
