供应链管理认证介绍(CPSM、CPIM、CSCP)

　   近期有学员咨询CPSM认证、CPIM认证、CSCP认证的区别，经常会弄混这三门认证的发证机构，对于诸多从业者及企业人力资源部经理来说也是陌生的认证产品，本文将简单介绍CPSM、CPIM、CSCP及ISM、APICS的关系，他们在中国及美国市场的发展情况。
      C.P.M.(Certified Purchasing Manager) ,目前已经无法考试了，并且所有的认证资格将在2013年12月31日到期。取代它的是CPSM。
      CPSM是Certified Professional in Supply Management的缩写。2007年2月2日，ISM（Institute for Supply Management）正式向外界发布关于新的CPSM认证的消息。该认证的目标是要成为全球供应管理专业人士竭力追求的高端认证，并于2008年推出，同时从2009年开始取消了C.P.M的认证考试。
　　CPSM认证涉及多层次的供应管理角色，包括战略采购，物流管理，供应关系管理，供应来源多元化等，采购与供应专业人士将从该认证中获得很好的收益。
　　认证考试将包括3项测试，涵盖供应管理的各个层面。考试还将反映出当今的供应环境，涉及危机管理，战略采购，社会责任，并对供应人员的素质提出了新的要求。另外，考生必须具有本科或以上学历，并拥有至少5年专职供应管理的工作经验。

　　3.报考CPSM的要求：
　　申请CPSM认证的资料，需要同时满足以下三个条件：

　　CSCP是美国营运管理协会（APICS）为了迎合在供应链管理知识领域上急速的变化而规划的一个全新的国际认证，于2006年3月8日公告。
　　国际上，随着供应链实践的深入和知识体系的日渐成熟，当今企业对供应链管理人才的迫切需求日益剧增，CSCP认证的含金量超过一个具有同等资历的MBA。
　　CSCP认证项目一经推出，即引起了全球学术界和企业的极大关注和认可，CSCP将成为企业招聘供应链管理人才的依据，也是未来国际化高级管理人才的一项专业资格，据北美最新的调查资料显示，CSCP的薪资10万美元年薪以上。
　　国际供应链管理师四大知识领域：

　　为取得证照，考生须通过一项广泛的考试：
         ● 四小时的考试时间
         ● 175题选择题

　　已取得认证的专业人士每五年必须透过APICS的证照维护计划维护一次。
APICS - CSCP的认证对象：
　　鉴定供应链管理师认证对象是对于提升供应链管理知识有兴趣的专业人士、目前从事供应链管理领域上的业者，及从事ERP系统导入工作的相关人士。下列人士的理想选择：
　　1、希望掌握供应商和客户关系、国际贸易、信息技术如何在供应链领域应用的人员。
　　2、从事生产、物流、采购、客户关系、财务预算等管理工作的专业人士。
　　3、实施ERP和SCM的专业人士
APICS - CSCP的认证程序
　　CSCP认证每年举办三次认证考试，至2007年，全球获得认证的人数已超过3300人，其中多数为北美的专业人士。
　　第一步：报考资格审核
　　报名该认证的考生需要具备相关的工作经验和教育背景。因此考生必须具备下列一项资格条件，方可获得参加考试的资格：
         ● 本科学士学位或相当的学历，并具有两年的相关工作经验；
         ● CPIM，CFPIM，CIRM，或CPM资格，并具有两年的相关工作经验；
         ● 五年以上的相关工作经验。
　　凡参加CSCP认证者，必须先通过考试资格审核，其程序非常简单，填妥报名资格审核申请表，可直接上传APICS美国总部，办理资格审核申请。考试资格审核为免费服务，APICS将在两周内完成资格审核，并以电子邮件形式通知申请人。资格审核通过者在收到“Authorization to Test Notice”的通知后，可以在任何时候及地点报名参加CSCP认证考试。
　　第二步：考试报名
　　目前，APICS每年举办3次CSCP认证考试，分别定在3月、6月、12月中的一个周末进行。报名时间至少提前1个月，而资格审核时间至少提前2个月。具体每年的考试及报名时间，可登陆APICS官方网站查询。
　　只要在旅行证件办妥的情况下，考生可在世界各地任一考点报名并考试。目前，APICS CSCP认证考试已经实现计算机化考试，国内人士可在各大城市的普尔文考试中心进行考试。
　　考试服务费用没有统一的标准，不是很贵，在中国大概需要人民币3000元左右，但教材和培训费用很贵，估计需要超过19000元。
　　第三步：考试注册确认通知
　　考试注册确认通知统一由APICS发出。确认书上有报考者的姓名、地址、APICS账号、考试时间等重要信息，务必仔细检查。注：可在Middle Name一栏填上个人的英文名，它将伴随个人的CSCP Title，成为个人的国际身份标志。
　　第四步：考试内容和方式
　　CSCP的考试内容分成四个模块：
         ● Supply Chain Management Fundamentals (30%)
         ● Building Competitive Operations, Planning, and Logistics (20%)
         ● Managing Customer and Supplier Relationships (30%)
         ● Using Information Technology to Enable Supply Chain Management (20%)
　　考试一般都在下午2点至6点间进行，共4个小时，一次性完成四个模块内容的考试，共175道选择题目，其中150道是计分题；四个模块的题目交错在一起，各个模块分别按特定的比例出题。
　　第五步：获得认证
　　考试通过者将获得APICS颁发的CSCP证书。
　　CSCP学习系统（CSCP Learning System）
　　APICS CSCP学习系统包括：
　　印刷版：
　　每一模块一本，共4本800多页的印刷版资料，涵盖CSCP知识体系所有内容；在书中每一部分的后面，有相应的测试题，以检测读者对这部分的主要概念的理解程度。
　　在线测验及复习工具：
　　超过600道多重选择题的在线题库，包括Pre-test, Module-specific test, Post-test三部分，可即时判题并给出详细题解。 CSCP在线学习系统包括：
         ● Pre-test部分测试您原始的知识水平。
         ● Module-specific test部分针对每一模块的测试，更便于侧重复习。
         ● Post-test部分为计时模拟测试，经过复习后，您对CSCP考试的准备程度。
         ● eFlashcard汇总所有的专业术语、定义解释的复习卡片。
         ● Online progress每项测试后，即时给出总结报告，便于明确复习重点。
         ● Online glossary在线综合术语表，便于查询。
　　学习方法：
　　自学方法：和CPIM（生产与库存管理认证）一样，APICS也提供CSCP的考试学习资料，唯一的区别是模拟测试部分改为在线学习，名称为CSCP Learning System, 与CSCP四个模块的学习资料捆绑出售。
　　参加培训课程：相对于CPIM，CSCP的自学难度更大。CPIM是知识型的测试，范围集中在企业内部的运营管理，自学的参考书都是相当成熟的教科书。CSCP，即 “Certified Supply Chain Professional”，其中“Professional”的头衔给CSCP一个专业资格认证的明确定位。也就是说，CPIM和CSCP在认证方面有着明确的区分，前者是专业知识认证，后者是专业资格认证。
　　作为一个专业资格认证，CSCP更加侧重于专业能力的测试，对个人的知识背景和实践经验的挑战性相当大。
APICS已在2014年3月份启动计算机化考试，ISM CPSM与APICS CPIM认证考试人数，近几年增长迅猛，而且在北京、上海、苏州、深圳、大连、成都、武汉、南京等地均设有考试中心，便于供应链从业人员及管理员就近参加认证考试，最后预祝参加CPSM、CPIM、CSCP供应链管理及
